New Student Attendance Reporting Procedure

Dear Clovis North Educational Center Families,
We are emailing to share an important update regarding student attendance reporting procedures, effective immediately.
To ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of attendance, all absences must now be reported through Parent Connect using the “Report Absence” feature. Absences will no longer be accepted by phone. To report an absence you can do that on the CNEC Website here.
Please note the following:
All absences must be submitted through Parent Connect. If you experience issues logging in, please use the “Forgot PIN” or “Forgot Password” option and follow the prompts to reset your account.
Same day appointments require a three-hour notice prior to student pick-up to avoid delays in getting your student to the front office.
As a friendly reminder, once your student’s absence is reported, please allow 24 hours for your student’s attendance to be processed.
This change allows our attendance team to better serve students and families while maintaining accurate records. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
